RODO / GDPR erasure request

Under Article 17 of GDPR (RODO Art. 17 in Polish law), you may request erasure of personal data we hold about you. For certi.art, this typically means:

  • Erasing your data from our own records (consent ledger, e-mail, artist file).
  • Unpinning IPFS metadata we pinned (artist name, artwork image) from our pinning services.
  • Editing or removing the moneli.art product page that an on-chain entry links to.

What we cannot erase: data already recorded on the public Ethereum network — token entries, attestations, wallet addresses and transaction history. These are public and immutable by design; that is why our on-chain records reference works by product identifiers, never by personal data.

Alternative: email rodo@certi.art directly. Complaints: UODO (Poland).
