PRELIMINARY DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. This intake form is a working placeholder for the certi.art testnet preview. Real RODO requests will be processed once the final policy is approved by counsel.

RODO / GDPR erasure request

Under Article 17 of GDPR (RODO Art. 17 in Polish law), you may request erasure of personal data we hold about you. For certi.art, this typically means:

  • Unpinning your IPFS metadata (display name, bio, artwork image) from Lighthouse and Pinata.
  • On-chain redactNameHash / redactProfileURI calls on BridgeSBT so the token no longer points to identifying data.

What we cannot erase: the wallet address, the token ID, and the transaction history. These are intrinsic to the Ethereum blockchain and are public and immutable.

Alternative: email rodo@certi.art directly. Complaints: UODO (Poland).
