Cookie Policy

1. What we currently store

certi.art does not set marketing, advertising, or behavioral-tracking cookies. The only client-side storage in use at this time is:

  • Privy session cookie (essential, set by Privy) — keeps you signed in across page loads. No identity data beyond the Privy session ID. Cleared on sign-out.
  • localStorage by Privy + MetaMask— stores the wallet connection state and the user's preferred wallet. Required for the dapp to know which wallet to talk to without prompting you on every page.

2. What we do not use (yet)

  • No Google Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
  • No Facebook Pixel, no Twitter conversion tag, no LinkedIn Insight tag.
  • No third-party advertising networks.

If we ever add analytics, we will add a cookie consent banner (RODO Art. 6(1)(a) consent basis), make it default-off, and update this policy with the new categories.

3. Disabling cookies

Disabling the Privy session cookie will sign you out and prevent the app from working until you sign in again. Disabling MetaMask's storage will disconnect your wallet. These cookies are functionally essential to the service.
